Shipping Delivery Policy

  • Free shipping is only applicable for deliveries within India and for a minimum order value of Rs 699. Wherein the order value is more, you will be charged Rs 130 for the same.
  • Additional charges may apply to orders that require special delivery instructions. In the event such orders are placed, you will be informed immediately about the levy of such charges prior to fulfillment.
  • All the orders received before 4 pm IST will be shipped out the same day.
  • All orders go through fraud and verification process. In case there is any discrepancy found in the order, there will be delay in shipment of the product.
  • Your Credit card billing address will be taken as your billing address, unless you specifically provide another address as billing address. In case, you have not mentioned an alternate address with your credit card, please intimate our customer service department about the same.
  • If you are using PayPal, we will ship your order only to addresses listed with on account.
  • Your Credit Card should bear the toll free customer service number of your credit card company so as to enable us to process your order smoothly. resource.

Order Shipment
  • All orders shipped will require signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for additional shipping chargers should the package be denied or returned to us because no signature was provided.
  • If an order requires additional information for processing verification, you may either receive an E-Mail OR a phone call from our Customer Service Department requesting additional information.
  • Once the package has been shipped to the address you have mentioned in the Credit Card, it cannot be rerouted to another address. In case of late intimation of change of address OR sudden change of address, we initiate the necessary steps to get back the package and re-route it to the new address after verification of the same. You will be charged extra amount for getting back the package and re-routing it to the new address.
  • If the order package is being shipped to an address, whether its an apartment complex or independent house, wherein the concerned person may not be there to receive it, please mention in the address a specific person's name who is authorized to receive the package. In case, you have not mentioned the receiver's name and someone signs for the package at the address provided by you, it will be your responsibility to track the package from there on. To be on the safe side, we suggest that you provide the proper work address with proper receiver's name on the shipping address.

Delivery Policy
  • All order packages are usually shipped in the Indian Pacific Standard Time (IST) Zone within 1-2 business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped will take anywhere between 3-9 business days to arrive at the destination address, depending on the distance involved from AMORI MOBILES address or unless specified otherwise. PLEASE NOTE that we do not ship on weekends nor do we offer Sunday or holiday delivery. Please allow additional 1-2 business days for orders processed after 5 pm (IST) on Saturday, as well as weekend and holiday orders.
  • AMORI MOBILE STORE does not under any circumstance expressly warrant or guarantee published delivery times, regardless of shipping options. It is the obligation of the courier to ensure timely delivery of shipment in which the above suggested delivery times apply.
  • It remains your responsibility to acknowledge and adhere to the above policy before placing your order. Please ensure that the package destination address MUST be a valid deliverable address so as to avoid unwanted problems.

Return Warranty Policy
  • If you are not happy with the product, you may return the same for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) within thirty (30) days of the package receipt.
  • Every product carries a FULL ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. In case, the receiver has received a defective mobile product, the same can be returned back for a prompt exchange, within one full year from date of purchase.
  • All defective returns must be accompanied by a Mobile RAC (Return Authorization Code) number that comes with the Mobile. Ensure that you also provide the following information Order Number, Date of original purchase, Reasons for being replaced and your E-mail address. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RAC number.
  • All defective returns refunds are available only within 30 days of original order date. Refunds will be issued for the current published price of the product(s) minus a 15% return fee.
  • All NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS are subject to a 15% Return Fee and no refunds are made for the same.
